Additionally, the Guest Relations staff member will sell personal training, lead guest tours, and monitor club cleanliness and atmosphere.\nGUEST SATISFACTION\nEnsuring an exceptional guest experience at all levels and maintain high level of member satisfaction. \nPerform daily club inspections, complete assigned cleaning sections.\nEncourage members to give feedback, QR code at front desk.\nESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS\nEffectively sell, upsell, and cross-promote all membership, service and product options.\nMaintain a clean, presentable and welcoming environment, ensuring our facility is stage ready for our guests.\nAdhere to the company's policies and guidelines and address any issues in a timely manner.\nDemonstrate accuracy and consistency in all CRM software transactions.\nEffectively communicate to prospects, members and guests.\nPerform minimum number of calls a day and maintain notes and logs in lead generation software.\nSchedule a minimum of five guest tours per day.\nParticipate in daily huddles and coaching activities with Senior Team Lead and/or General Manager\nKnowledgeable of all marketing promotions and strive to achieve individual and team goals\nEffectively communicate any updates, promotions, information, etc. to guests and members\nAccurately perform sales, scheduling and other transactions through the CRM and lead generation software systems.\nAssist all member and guests with inquiries relating to memberships, appointments and other guest experience related topics.\nOther duties as assigned.\nRequirements\nSkills and Experience:\nHigh School diploma, or equivalent.\nMust be a passionate team player.\nProficiency in computer applications including Google Suite and database applications, specifically CRM software systems and lead generation systems.\nAbility to multi-task with strong time management skills.\nAbility to complete assignments and responsibilities accurately and in a timely manner, often with strict and/or conflicting deadlines.\nStrong interpersonal, communication, and motivational skills.\nMust have exceptional strong customer service experience and skills.\nPhysical:\nMust be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays, if needed.\nMust frequently lift 25 pounds or more.\nMust be able to be on feet for at least eight hours per day, if needed.\nWe are an equal opportunity employer
