Texas Health Fitness Centers are open to both Texas Health employees and the general public, and this role helps ensure each audience feels supported and at home. The teammate supports daily front-desk and facility operations while building relationships, introducing guests to memberships and services, and helping grow engagement in personal training, group exercise, and wellness programming. The ideal candidate has a genuine passion for helping others and delivering an outstanding fitness experience.\nGUEST EXPERIENCE & MEMBERSHIP GROWTH\nWelcome members, guests, and prospects; assist with check-ins and answer membership, service, and facility questions.\nBuild authentic relationships with members and deliver a personalized, helpful, and memorable experience during every interaction.\nLead facility tours and effectively introduce prospective members to membership options, personal training, group exercise, and other services.\nSupport membership, service, and program goals through proactive lead follow-up, phone calls, referrals, walk-ins, and member outreach.\nCommunicate current promotions, programs, schedules, and important facility updates clearly and enthusiastically.\nEncourage member feedback and help ensure concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.\nESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS\nMaintain a clean, organized, welcoming, and stage-ready fitness-center environment;
