The ideal candidate is energetic, knowledgeable, self-motivated, and passionate about helping clients achieve measurable results.\nKey Responsibilities\nDeliver high-quality personal training sessions that are safe, engaging, and tailored to each client's goals, fitness level, and needs.\nConduct fitness consultations and assessments to help identify client goals, barriers, and appropriate training recommendations.\nDesign and implement effective exercise programs focused on performance, movement quality, strength, mobility, and overall wellness.\nEducate clients on fitness principles, healthy habits, basic nutrition concepts, and long-term lifestyle change.\nProvide an exceptional client experience through professionalism, energy, preparation, and consistent follow-up.\nBuild and maintain a strong client base through self-promotion, networking, referrals, and relationship-building within the fitness center.\nTrack client progress, adjust programs as needed, and help clients stay motivated and accountable.\nMaintain knowledge of current fitness trends, training techniques, biomechanics, and FX Fitness service offerings.\nSafely adjust, demonstrate, and operate fitness equipment.\nCollaborate with managers, teammates, and other departments to support member engagement and overall center success.\nUphold FX Well and MADDFIT Athletic Club standards for service, safety, cleanliness, and professionalism.\nAbout FX Well at MADDFIT Athletic Club\nFX Well supports the fitness and wellness experience at MADDFIT Athletic Club by delivering high-quality programs, services, and coaching designed to help individuals improve their health, performance, and quality of life. Our Personal Trainers play a key role in creating an environment where clients feel supported, challenged, and empowered to reach their goals.\nRequirements\nLicenses and Certifications Required\nCurrent personal training certification from at least one nationally recognized organization, including but not limited to:\nAmerican College of Sports Medicine, ACSM\nAmerican Council on Exercise, ACE\nNational Strength and Conditioning Association, NSCA\nNational Academy of Sports Medicine, NASM\nCurrent CPR/AED certification.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevious personal training, coaching, or fitness center experience.\nExperience conducting fitness consultations or assessments.\nKnowledge of corrective exercise, strength training, functional movement, or performance-based programming.\nExperience with client retention, sales, or membership engagement.\nTEAM FX, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
