applications.\nAnalyze business and functional requirements to identify automation opportunities.\nExecute automated regression, smoke, sanity, and functional test suites.\nMaintain reusable automation components and improve test coverage.\nIntegrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines.\nPerform root cause analysis for failed test cases and provide detailed defect reports.\nWork closely with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to resolve issues.\nEnsure automation standards, coding best practices, and documentation are followed.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.\n\nRequired Skills:\n\n5–10 years of experience in Automation Testing.\nStrong hands-on experience with the Watermelon automation tool (mandatory).\nExperience in test automation framework development and maintenance.\nKnowledge of API testing and automation.\nExperience with SQL for database validation.\nFamiliarity with Git or other version control systems.\nExperience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.\nStrong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.\nExcellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nGood verbal and written communication skills.\n\nPreferred Skills:\n\nExperience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar automation tools.\nKnowledge of Java, Python, or JavaScript for automation scripting.\nExposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.\nExperience working in enterprise-scale automation projects.\nISTQB or equivalent testing certification is an added advantage.\n\nRoles & Responsibilities:\n\nDevelop scalable and maintainable automation solutions.\nImprove automation coverage and reduce manual testing effort.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to deliver quality software releases.\nIdentify automation improvements and implement best practices.\nSupport production validation and release testing activities.\n\nMandatory
