This includes performing preventative and predictive maintenance, as well as swiftly addressing any unforeseen breakdowns or damages. The position requires your expertise as an Electrical tradesperson, as well as your mechanical background to ensure the operation runs smoothly on shift.\nBenefits:\nFull Time Permanent Position\nMonday to Friday, 11.24am to 7.30pm\nOvertime when required\nAll PPE and uniforms are provided\n Key Responsibilities:\nCarry out planned maintenance for automated sortation systems and related freight handling equipment, ensuring maximum throughput.\nAssist in designing innovative solutions for evolving operational and business needs.\nRespond quickly to both mechanical and electrical faults on shift.\nUndertake planned and unplanned mechanical tasks on plant equipment.\nMaintain the Computerized Maintenance Management System (MEX).\nAct and adherence to maintenance schedules.\nSupport operational teams to ensure system is functioning efficiently during shift.\nStock control of electrical parts inventory\nAbout you\nExperience in maintaining complex industrial facilities\nFamiliarity with PLC, VSD, and SCADA installations\nKnowledge of carton and package handling conveyor systems\nProficiency in reading technical diagrams\nExperience with conveying equipment, hydraulics, and pneumatics\nAbility to use MEX software effectively\nKnowledge of the WH&S and Environmental Policies\nCertificate III in Electrical Fitting\nElectrical Licence\nValid C Class Driver's Licence\nLF Forklift License\nAbout Team Global Express\nTeam Global Express (TGE) is an Australian-owned transport and logistics business delivering to Australia and New Zealand.
