About the Role Team Global Express is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our team based at our Murarrie Depot. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for coordinating daily transport operations, leading delivery partners, and ensuring exceptional service outcomes for our customers. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee fleet operations, driver performance, service delivery, customer relationships, and operational compliance. You will work closely with customers, drivers, and internal stakeholders to ensure deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with service commitments. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating daily fleet operations and delivery activities to achieve service and performance targets Allocating transport resources and communicating operational plans to key stakeholders Monitoring service delivery and resolving operational issues in a timely manner Managing driver attendance, leave, performance, and compliance requirements Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders Delivering toolbox talks and supporting the ongoing development of delivery partners Ensuring compliance with company po
