We’re not only transforming our operations but striving towards changing the logistics industry and becoming an Environmental, Social, and Governance leader by 2030.\nAbout the Role\nTeam Global Express is seeking an experienced PM Operations Supervisor to join our team based in Dry Creek, SA.\nThis is a full-time permanent position, reporting to Operations Manager and working Monday to Friday from 1:30pm to 1030pm.\nYou will take a hands-on approach to leading the day-to-day PM operations, coordinating the team, freight and resources to ensure the shift runs safely and efficiently.\nYou will lead and support the team while maintaining a strong focus on safety, service, productivity and meeting customer expectations.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the PM shift.\nCoordinate staffing, labour and equipment requirements.\nLead, coach and support employees across the operation.\nOversee freight movement, loading, unloading and dispatch activities.\nManage productivity, service levels and operational performance.\nMonitor operational KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.\nEnsure all work is completed safely and in line with procedures.\nInvestigate service failures and lost or damaged freight and follow through on corrective actions.\nCoordinate freight movements and ensure deadlines are met.\nEnsure compliance with safety, transport and operational requirements.\nWork closely with the team to ensure customer service expectations are met.\nregular tool boxing staff and pre shift meetings.\nequipment maintenance scheduling for service and breakdown.
