This is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow with a company in the international marketplace.\nKey Responsibilities of this Role:\nOrder fulfillment coordination -Following up with vendors and notifying the sales team of order status\nTracing cargo in transit\nProcess receiving reports\nReceive purchase orders in the system\n\nHazardous materials processing -Support the Logistics team with the handling of HAZMAT products, create labels and verify orders are properly packed and labeled for export according to USHMR and international agencies regulations.\nIssue export documentation required to accompany hazardous shipments\nMaintain Safety Data sheet files\nMaintain Hazardous Materials Master list\n\nFreight quote processing\nSales order invoicing and pre-posting audits\nOrder dispatch - issue all relevant export documentation to ensure the clearance of goods at destination\nRun daily reports for DHL and UPS\nEnsure all packages are collected on time\nCheck and approve transportation invoice\nProvide efficient Logistics team support\nResponsive and proactive customer service\nOther duties as assigned\nSuccessful Candidates will have the following Skills & Attributes:\nPositive, enthusiastic and flexible attitude\nTeam player mentality\nPC literate (Windows Office), proficiency in Microsoft 365 a plus\nStrong communication skills\nStrong organizational skills\nLanguage skills a plus\nExport experience a plus (preferably with DHL, UPS & FedEx carriers)\nHigh school education or equivalent (required)\nAbility to attend company training programs including seminars on campus\nAttend the monthly Team Horner meeting\nConsistent attendance and reliability\nPositive performance reviews\nContribution of suggestions for improvement\nA willingness to do what it takes to get the job done\nInvolvement in continuous education and training, to improve knowledge of regulations and processes\nCompliance with established protocols and procedures\nEducation & Training:\nHigh School Diploma\nCompensation and Benefits:\nParticipation in the Team Horner Employee Stock Ownership Plan\nTuition reimbursement\nOngoing industry training\nYearly performance and long service awards and events\nPaid time off: Holiday, Vacation and Personal\nHealth, dental and vision insurance offered\nShort/Long term disability insurance offered\n401K and Roth Offered\nExtensive wellness program including one-to-one coaching, healthy living seminars, exercise facilities and classes, stand-up desks and many other great incentives\nMerchandise discounts...and so much more!\nTeam Horner is an Equal Opportunity Employer and encourages growth and encouragement for all.
