You will have regular interaction with both customers and program managers during all part runs.\nThis position will report directly to the Validation Team Leader.\nWe offer competitive wages, compensation for travel, health and dental benefits, a company-matched pension plan, performance based bonuses, an employee reward and recognition program, as well as many other means of employee appreciation throughout the year.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nAssist process technician in setting up the mold and taking off press\nPrepare the next mold for tryouts\nRun the press and pack parts according to customer’s instructions\nPrepare all boxes, bags, foam and labels for the part runs\nAssist with maintenance of the presses\nAssist with material handling as needed\nRequired Qualifications:\nAbility to work steady mid-day or afternoon shift required\nSome experience in machine set up an asset, but not required\nStrong work ethic\nAbility to follow line-up from leader and learn company procedures\nExcellent communication and organizational skills\nExceptional attention to detail\nAbility to work independently or as part of team\nAbility to adapt to changing situations\nAbility to follow OHSA and internal health & safety regulations, policies, and SOPs\nCompany Overview:\nIntegrity has been specializing in custom plastic injection molds primarily for the automotive industry since 2000.
