About the Program
The Orbital AI Academy is a new, pioneering 6-month internship training program designed to build the next generation of AI-savvy talent inside TEAM LEWIS. We're recruiting curiously minded individuals to join a dedicated founding cohort in Singapore. This program will be working hands-on with Orbital, our global AI-powered marketing operating system. Orbital is designed to help shape how the marketing industry works.
This is a training-first program, not a standard entry-level job. You'll be learning, applying, and building in real time, supported by structured training and direct access to senior Orbital and commercial leaders throughout. Upon successful completion of the 6 months, high-performing Associates will have the opportunity to convert into a permanent role within the core business.
We're not looking for marketing or agency backgrounds. We're looking for people who are genuinely AI-savvy, curious, and excited by the idea of building something new from the ground up. Then growing with it.
What You'll Do
Help build out client materials and profiles within Orbital, supporting teams across the business.
Run execution via Orbital's suite of AI agents (Scout, Ping, Coach, Prism, Editor, Presenter and more) across live client and internal work.
Test and feed back on new product builds as Orbital continues to evolve, directly shaping the tool's development.
Work closely with senior Orbital and client leads to understand how AI is applied in real client scenarios.
Be part of a pioneering team helping define new ways of working across the marketing industry.
The Program Structure
Training: A structured curriculum covering Orbital's full agent suite, AI fundamentals, and how AI is applied in a commercial, client-facing environment.
Applied Work: Hands-on execution across client materials, agent-run tasks, and new product testing - applying what you learn in real time.
Outcome: At the end of the 6 months, high-performing Associates will have the opportunity to convert into a permanent role within the core business.
Selection Process
Applications reviewed on a rolling basis.
As part of your application please submit a short recorded video introduction (3-5 minutes) covering who you are and why you want to be part of this program. Applications will be shortlisted based on video submissions before moving to the interview stage.
Interview Day: Thursday 19 November 2026 - shortlisted candidates will be invited to a single, dedicated in-person interview day in Singapore, designed around the kind of collaborative, hands-on working style used throughout the program.
What We're Looking For
A genuine interest in and curiosity about AI - self-taught, experimented with AI tools, or simply fascinated by the space.
No marketing or agency experience required or expected - we want fresh perspectives and different skillsets.
Fast learner, comfortable with ambiguity, and energised by being part of something new and unproven.
Strong attention to detail and a willingness to test, break, and improve new product builds.
Collaborative, proactive, and excited by the idea of being part of a "founding cohort" shaping how this program and Orbital evolve.
