You can read more here about TEAM LEWIS Foundation.\nAbout the Program\nThe Orbital AI Academy is a new, pioneering 6-month internship training program designed to build the next generation of AI-savvy talent inside TEAM LEWIS. We're recruiting curiously minded individuals to join a dedicated founding cohort in Singapore. This program will be working hands-on with Orbital, our global AI-powered marketing operating system. Orbital is designed to help shape how the marketing industry works.\nThis is a training-first program, not a standard entry-level job. You'll be learning, applying, and building in real time, supported by structured training and direct access to senior Orbital and commercial leaders throughout. Upon successful completion of the 6 months, high-performing Associates will have the opportunity to convert into a permanent role within the core business.\nWe're not looking for marketing or agency backgrounds. We're looking for people who are genuinely AI-savvy, curious, and excited by the idea of building something new from the ground up. Then growing with it.\nWhat You'll Do\nHelp build out client materials and profiles within Orbital, supporting teams across the business.\n\nRun execution via Orbital's suite of AI agents (Scout, Ping, Coach, Prism, Editor, Presenter and more) across live client and internal work.\n\nTest and feed back on new product builds as Orbital continues to evolve, directly shaping the tool's development.\n\nWork closely with senior Orbital and client leads to understand how AI is applied in real client scenarios.\n\nBe part of a pioneering team helping define new ways of working across the marketing industry.\n\nThe Program Structure\nTraining: A structured curriculum covering Orbital's full agent suite, AI fundamentals, and how AI is applied in a commercial, client-facing environment.\n\nApplied Work: Hands-on execution across client materials, agent-run tasks, and new product testing - applying what you learn in real time.\n\nOutcome: At the end of the 6 months, high-performing Associates will have the opportunity to convert into a permanent role within the core business.\n\nSelection Process\nApplications reviewed on a rolling basis.\n\nAs part of your application please submit a short recorded video introduction (3-5 minutes) covering who you are and why you want to be part of this program.
