Reporting to the Director of Development, you will play a key role in driving donor engagement, stewarding corporate and community partners, managing grant opportunities, and supporting fundraising initiatives across the organization. You will oversee donor prospecting and stewardship activities, fundraising reporting and analytics, donation processing, and partner engagement through events and service opportunities. \nThe right person is a self-starter and team player with strong relationship-building skills, sound judgement, and the ability to communicate effectively with donors, partners, volunteers, and staff. This position can be hybrid or remote with occasional travel required. \nDuties \nIdentify, research, and qualify prospective donors, corporate partners, and grant opportunities to strengthen Team Rubicon Canada's fundraising pipeline. \nDevelop proposals, presentations, and funding applications to secure support from individual donors, corporations, and grant-making organizations. \n Manage the grants pipeline, including application timelines, reporting requirements, and funder stewardship. \nLead donor stewardship and recognition efforts, including donor communications and engagement initiatives. \nDevelop and maintain fundraising reports and dashboards to track performance against fundraising goals and key performance indicators. \nAnalyze donor and campaign data to provide insights that strengthen fundraising strategies and donor engagement. \nOversee donation processing, donor records, receipting, and data integrity to ensure an excellent donor experience. \n Manage third-party fundraising platforms and support fundraising campaigns in alignment with organizational priorities. \n Represent Team Rubicon Canada at donor, community, and partner events and support Team Service Days as required. \n Other duties as assigned. \nExperience and Background \nBachelor's degree in Non-Profit Management, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. \n5+ years of progressive experience in development, fundraising, or a related non-profit environment. \nCFRE certification is an asset. \nDemonstrated success in donor prospecting, research, pipeline management, and securing funding from individuals, corporations, and grant-making organizations. \n Proven ability to manage donor portfolios and align fundraising activities with strategic objectives. \nStrong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret fundraising data and identify opportunities to improve performance and donor engagement. \nProficiency with fundraising and project management tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, Asana, Bloomerang (or equivalent CRM), and online giving platforms such as FundraiseUp. \nExceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage donors, corporate partners, volunteers, and internal stakeholders. \nDemonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and coordinate Greyshirts and volunteers in support of fundraising initiatives. \nHighly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. \nSelf-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams. \nExperience working with Veteran and First Responder communities is an asset. \nPassion for the mission and values of Team Rubicon Canada. \nJob Type \nFull-time, salary \nPay Range: $65,000-$75,000 \nSpecial Requirements \nMilitary veterans are strongly encouraged to apply. \nA dedicated, stable high-speed internet connection is a condition of employment for employees working in a hybrid or remote capacity.
