The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can successfully manage multiple priorities at once.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate residential solar and HVAC projects from contract through completion.\nSchedule and coordinate all pre-installation solar and HVAC service work.\nSchedule and coordinate solar and HVAC installations.\nSchedule and coordinate municipal and utility inspections for solar and HVAC projects.\nSchedule site surveys and maintain project timelines.\nServe as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing project updates and answering questions throughout the process.\nCoordinate with building departments, utility companies, inspectors, and internal teams to keep projects progressing on schedule.\nMonitor project pipelines, identify delays, and proactively resolve scheduling or operational issues.\nCoordinate travel arrangements for out-of-town installation crews.\nPrint and mail permit packets, applications, and required payment checks.\nHandle incoming field calls related to design changes, procurement needs, and project updates.\nOrder and track materials for all solar and HVAC projects, ensuring crews have what they need before installation.\nMaintain accurate project documentation and update CRM/project management systems.\nAssist with additional operational tasks and special projects as assigned.\nQualifications\n1+ years of project coordination, scheduling, administrative, or operations experience (solar, HVAC, construction, or home services preferred).\nExcellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to
