This is a hands-on execution and ownership role for a seasoned marketing professional who can independently manage campaigns, create high-quality content, and help elevate brand presence across all channels. We expect all our team members to deliver excellence in both technical expertise as well as in their everyday relationships with their team.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nExecute marketing campaigns for chapter events, programs, and initiatives from concept through delivery\nDevelop and manage content across social media and digital platforms\nCreate newsletters, flyers, PDFs, and promotional materials that are polished, engaging, and on-brand\nManage and grow social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn\nDesign high-quality visual content using Canva or equivalent tools\nMaintain and update website content as needed (event pages, announcements, resources)\nUse CRM/marketing tools such as Pipedrive to support campaign execution and tracking\nMonitor engagement and performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations\nEnsure full brand consistency across all communications and platforms\nRequirements\nREQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS\nProven experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and campaign execution (not hobby-level or occasional freelance work)\nStrong portfolio of work across social media, email marketing, and digital campaigns\nAdvanced design capability using Canva or similar tools (high-quality flyers, PDFs, and social creative)\nHands-on experience managing brand accounts on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn\nDemonstrated ability to create and execute email newsletters and campaign content\nExperience with CRM or marketing automation tools (Pipedrive preferred, or equivalent such as HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.)\nComfort managing and updating website content (WordPress or similar platforms)\nExceptional attention to detail and strong sense of brand consistency\nExcellent communication skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting
