We expect all our team members to deliver excellence in both technical expertise as well as in their everyday relationships with their team.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nConduct provider outreach to collect facility information, capacity, and inventory data\nMaintain regular cadence with existing providers and support data validation requests\nCollaborate with sales team to identify target markets, regions, and provider segments\nServe as the initial point of contact for new and prospective provider relationships, managing early-stage engagement and handoffs to the broader team\nGather, validate, and document critical provider data including available inventory, facility footprints, power configurations, pricing structures, and future expansion plans\nWork cross-functionally with Baxtel's data analysts to ensure provider information is accurately entered, updated, and maintained within the Baxtel platform\nIdentify and escalate data gaps, discrepancies, or opportunities for improved coverage to relevant internal stakeholders\nTrack and document provider engagement activity in appropriate systems\nSupport team on preparation and briefing materials for provider meetings \nAssist sales in provider qualification and engagement for large colocation requirements\nPerform other job-related duties and projects consistent with the scope and level of the position.\nRequirements\nREQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS\n2-5 years of experience in provider/vendor relations, account management, business development, sales development, or a similar outreach-driven role.\nGeneral familiarity with the data center or colocation industry, including an understanding of power consumption metrics (MW/KWH) and market dynamics.\nDemonstrated ability to conduct high-volume outreach and manage a pipeline of contacts and follow-ups in an organized, systematic manner.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with external contacts at various levels of an organization.\nProficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and general comfort with data management platforms and spreadsheet tools.\nHighly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.\nADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS\nAbility to build and execute outreach programs at scale, manage a pipeline of contacts, and drive measurable outcomes.\nComfortable operating independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration.\nBilingual English and Spanish is a plus\nPrior sales experience in a field related to data centers is a
