development of new application features.\nResponsibilities\nDesign and develop Microsoft-based applications for training management.\nEnhance and maintain Business Intelligence reports, dashboards, and data models.\nDevelop, test, and implement data warehouse solutions for BI reporting and analytics.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.\nIntegrate applications with other systems to ensure data consistency and real-time information exchange.\nOptimize applications from performance, security, and quality perspectives.\nContribute to requirements analysis, testing, quality assurance, deployment, and change management.\nProduce technical and user documentation.\nProvide maintenance (corrective, adaptive, and preventive) and 2nd/3rd line technical support.\nDeliver user training for administrators.\nRequirements\nExperience with Microsoft-based application development.\nExperience with .NET development.\nExperience with Microsoft Power BI and ETL tools.\nExperience in UML\nStrong SQL expertise\nExperience designing and developing Business Intelligence solutions, including reports, dashboards, and data models.\nExperience working with data warehouses and BI data storage.\nAbility to collaborate with business stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical
