We help financial institutions move from detection to action - across fraud operations, contact centers, branches and digital channels.\nThe Role\nAs a Product Designer at Charm, you'll shape the user experience of our AI agents and copilots that help protect people from financial and emotional harm. You'll design interfaces that support users in high-stress situations, bringing trust, clarity, and calm to complex moments.\nYour designs will directly impact:\nPrevention Agent: Real-time customer protection interfaces that intervene during active scam attempts\nCopilot: Tools for fraud analysts and call center agents analyzing conversations in real-time\nCustomer-Facing Agent: Self-serve interfaces where vulnerable users seek help and emotional support\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn design work end to end. Understand the problem, explore approaches, prototype, and deliver polished designs that hold up in production.\nMake complex workflows feel clear. Help users navigate information, connect evidence, prioritize tasks, and decide what to do next.\nShape how people work with AI. Design experiences that make AI insights, recommendations, and actions understandable, with meaningful user control.\nDesign for real working conditions. Account for time pressure, incomplete information, and the sensitive conversations our users handle.\nBuild a cohesive product. Contribute to our design system and create consistent patterns across products and workflows.\nLearn and iterate. Use customer conversations, feedback, and product usage to challenge assumptions and improve the experience.\nStay involved through delivery.
