process and analyze vast amounts of machine data efficiently.\nActively participate in strategic planning and the development of technical roadmaps.\nWork closely with the founders to ensure features meet customer needs and are\ndelivered to a high standard.\nCollaborate with the team to enhance integration with widely-used observability tools,\nensuring robust and flexible data ingestion and analysis capabilities.\nAdvocate for and implement best practices in open-source software development,\ncontributing to the open-source community where applicable.\nMonitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance and reliability.\nLead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and\ninnovation.\nStay abreast of new technologies and techniques in backend development and\nobservability platforms.\nRequirements\nQualifications:\nBSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\nOver 10 years of experience in backend development, with a strong
