technologies.\nAudit systems, assess outcomes, and suggest improvements for performance and security.\nIT Systems & Infrastructure\nLead and guide the IT team, managing priorities and daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.\nBuild, configure, and maintain the company’s computing infrastructure, including servers, networks, endpoints, and collaboration tools.\nManage user onboarding/offboarding, account setup, and access control.\nProvide technical support for end-users, including software installation, troubleshooting, and remote support.\nMaintain and support IT systems and endpoints for a global, distributed team.\nOversee IT asset inventory, procurement, and software licensing.\nEnsure system uptime and performance through proactive monitoring, updates, and maintenance.\nManage and troubleshoot video conferencing systems and collaboration platforms.\nOptimize IT processes to improve efficiency, standardization, and user experience across the organization.\nRequirements\nRequirements\n4+ years of proven experience in security engineering and IT administration.\nStrong understanding of security principles, networking, and system administration.\nHands-on experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and monitoring tools.\nFamiliarity with operating systems and platforms (Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android).\nExperience with Active Directory and Google Admin Console.\nKnowledge of data backup, recovery, and access control practices.\nExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nCustomer service orientation and strong teamwork abilities.\nFluent
