On-Premises/hybrid infrastructures.\nServe as the ultimate authority on cybersecurity maturity and reverse engineering, proactively researching vulnerabilities and designing advanced defense-in-depth protocols for enterprise data.\nConduct deep technical feasibility research on complex customer requirements, translating market opportunities into groundbreaking technical solutions.\nDefine and enforce high-level engineering standards, architectural blueprints, and security compliance KPIs across the entire platform.\nPartner closely with the VP R&D and Product leadership to seamlessly transition researched technologies and completed special projects into the core product delivery pipeline.\nCommunicate the overarching technical vision, research findings, and security posture to\nRequirements\nRequirements\n6+ years of experience in Technical Leadership /CTO/ R&D Management for B2B AI/cybersecurity or Digital Health data products - startup experience required.\n4+ years of experience in architectural/research leadership.\nProven track record with on-prem environments, including hands-on experience designing, deploying, and maintaining secure software within client-hosted or hybrid infrastructures.\nStrong technical background in Cyber Security and Reverse Engineering, with the ability to analyze complex software systems, secure data pipelines, and mitigate vulnerabilities.Advantage \nDeep experience with scalable software architectures and secure data processing at scale.\nDemonstrated strength in risk management, architectural decision-making, and driving execution in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical and security concepts into actionable business strategies for non-technical stakeholders.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote-first environment across time zones.\nNice to Have\nExecutive-level communication skills and experience defending technical architecture and security compliance during enterprise procurement processes.\nTechnical leadership experience within healthcare, InsurTech, FinTech, or highly regulated, compliance-heavy
