If your background is primarily in traditional residential real estate, insurance, roofing, solar, automotive, SaaS, or other sales industries, this is not the right opportunity.

We're a lean, high-performing team. With just two acquisitions reps, we've successfully closed more than 140 transactions using proven systems, consistent lead flow, and a disciplined sales process.
We're looking for one experienced acquisitions professional ready to step into a pipeline that works.
What You'll Do
You'll work directly with motivated homeowners to negotiate and secure off-market real estate deals.
Responsibilities include:
- Negotiate directly with motivated sellers
- Build rapport and uncover seller motivation
- Analyze opportunities and present offers
- Get purchase agreements signed
- Follow up consistently until deals close
- Work closely with dispositions and transaction coordination
- Track activity and pipeline within the CRM
- Meet daily activity and weekly performance goals
Requirements
Required Experience
- Minimum 2 years of wholesale real estate acquisitions or dispositions experience
- Experience working for a wholesale real estate company, investor, home-buying company, or real estate investment firm
- Proven experience negotiating directly with motivated sellers
- Comfortable getting purchase agreements signed
- Experience with off-market residential properties
Preferred knowledge includes:
- ARV
- MAO calculations
- Repair estimates
- Assignment contracts
- Double closings
- Investor transactions

- 15% commission on paid leads (after $2,000 pack fee)
