Platform Architecture & Ownership:\n\n- Design and own end-to-end ML platform architecture (data - training - deployment - monitoring)\n\n- Define and enforce best practices for scalable and secure ML systems\n\n- Standardize MLOps + DevOps frameworks and processes\n\n2. Model Deployment & Serving:\n\n- Deploy and manage ML/LLM models on GPU-based on-prem infrastructure\n\n- Optimize inference performance (latency, throughput, batching)\n\n- Implement model versioning, A/B testing, and rollback strategies\n\n3. CI/CD & Automation:\n\n- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for ML models, APIs, and data workflows\n\n- Enable automated testing, deployment, and release management\n\n4. Infrastructure & Containerization:\n\n- Manage Linux-based (RHEL preferred) on-prem infrastructure\n\n- Containerize applications using Docker\n\n- Deploy and orchestrate workloads using Kubernetes / OpenShift\n\n- Operate within restricted or air-gapped environments\n\n5. Data & System Integration:\n\n- Build pipelines integrating structured databases and high-volume logs/streaming data\n\n- Support batch and real-time inference architectures\n\n6. Monitoring, Observability & Reliability:\n\n- Implement end-to-end observability (model + infra)\n\n- Use tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack\n\n- Ensure high availability, SLA adherence, and incident response\n\n7. GenAI & Advanced ML Systems:\n\n- Deploy RAG pipelines and vector databases\n\n- Manage LLM serving frameworks\n\n- Work with agent orchestration frameworks\n\n8.
