You will own verification and validation from start to finish - from defining the test strategy to supporting release validation - and, where applicable, drive test automation to make testing faster, broader and more reliable across the payments landscape.\nWhat you will do:\nDefine and execute test strategies for the developed payment solutions.\nPrepare test plans, test scenarios and test cases.\nPerform functional, integration, regression and end-to-end testing on deliveries made by the task-force.\nVerify compliance with business, system and regulatory requirements.\nIdentify, document and track defects through to resolution.\nValidate integrations across Payments Baltic systems.\nSupport user acceptance testing and release validation activities.\nCollaborate closely with analysts and developers to ensure quality throughout delivery.\nContribute to environment preparation and other testing-related activities.\nWhere applicable, design, develop and maintain automated test suites and frameworks, integrate them into CI/CD pipelines and improve testing efficiency and coverage through automation.\nWhat you need:\n5+ years of experience as a QA consultant or engineer, with very deep competence in the area.\nProven, hands-on Payments domain knowledge in banking and its nuances - an absolute must.\nProven, hands-on experience testing enterprise applications and integrations.\nStrong, practical understanding of software testing methodologies.\nHands-on experience with API testing and integration testing.\nExperience with test management and defect management tools.\nPractical experience with Agile delivery practices.\nThe ability to solve abstract tasks, lead others and act as a mentor.\nFor the automation part:\nExperience with automated testing frameworks - web UI frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium or Cypress, API testing libraries such as REST Assured or Postman, mobile automation platforms such as Appium and test runners such as PyTest, JUnit or Jest.\nExperience with CI/CD integration.\nJava or comparable programming skills.\nWhat we offer:\nCooperation on a B2B basis\nA long-term project -
