You will also configure, customise and support Dynamics CRM 2016, working across multiple programme workstreams and with other engineering teams to keep the platform stable, secure and performant.\nWhat you will do:\nDesign, develop and customise solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) to support front-office operations and the end-to-end customer journey.\nConfigure and customise Dynamics CRM 2016 to meet business requirements.\nEnsure adherence to best practices and coding standards in all custom development work.\nConduct code reviews and provide feedback to maintain high code quality.\nWrite and optimise SQL queries to manipulate and extract data from the CRM database.\nUnderstand, support, modify and maintain systems and code developed by other engineering teams.\nProvide ongoing support and troubleshooting for CRM-related issues, ensuring system stability and performance.\nManage multiple priorities effectively, provide realistic estimates and report progress and issues into programme workstreams.\nWhat you need:\nHands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).\nStrong knowledge of Dynamics CRM 2016 configuration and customisation - plugin development, custom workflow activities, JavaScript and business rules.\nProficiency in C#, .NET, TypeScript, HTML and CSS.\nProficiency in SQL queries and SSIS package development using KingswaySoft to resolve data issues.\nCommitment to best practices and coding standards in custom development.\nThe ability to understand, support, modify and maintain systems and code developed by other engineering teams.\nBonus if you have:\nExperience integrating Dynamics CRM with both legacy and modern systems using batch jobs or APIs.\nWhat we offer:\nCooperation on a B2B basis\nAn initial 12-month project with possible extension\nThe chance to work on the CRM platforms of one of the UK’s leading banks\nFully remote work from anywhere in the EU\nA business-critical role within a large-scale digital transformation\nHiring process:\nTeamence -
