Teamified has hundreds of clients with more than 200 engineers, testers, product managers,\ndesigners, and technology experts delivering impactful solutions every day.\nAbout The Role\nWe're looking for a mid-level Product Manager to join us in working directly\nwith customers to understand their pain points and turning individual asks into solutions that scale across our whole customer base. This role sits across web and mobile, with a strong focus on compliance and platform consistency, and partners closely with Engineering, UX, Solutions Consulting, and Support.\nThis is a role for someone who is genuinely curious about customers and how the product works in their hands, who can hold their own in a triad, and who's comfortable making prioritization calls backed by evidence rather than instinct alone.\nWhat you'll work on\nWork directly with customers to understand pain points and use cases, with a particular focus on customer-raised asks and requests\nTranslate individual customer problems into solutions that can be rolled out to the broader customer base, not just the requesting account\nUnderstand and solve for compliance requirements across both web and mobile platforms\nTranslate web features into mobile features, ensuring parity and platform-appropriate design\nDefine and prioritize projects and tasks based on evidence and stakeholder consultation\nProactively report on progress and challenges to stakeholders and leadership\nOwn and drive product briefs, working in close collaboration with Engineering, UX, Solutions Consulting (SC), and Support\nRun gap analyses across multiple areas of the platform to identify where it falls short of customer or compliance needs\nWhat you bring\n3-5 years of experience in Product Management (or equivalent experience translating customer needs into shipped features)\nGenuine curiosity about customers and how they use the product\nAbility to clearly articulate problems, proposed solutions, and recommendations, including the trade-offs behind them\nStrong communication skills, confident and articulate with customers, internal stakeholders, and engineers alike\nDemonstrated experience working within a triad model (Product, Engineering, UX) and directly with customers\nSolid instincts for user experience, knowing what makes a feature usable, not just functional\nComfort working across both web and mobile product surfaces\nNice to have\nExperience with AI tools applied to product workflows\nData-driven decision making\nExperience defining and measuring success metrics for shipped features\nAbility to uncover common themes across disparate customer feedback\nWhy this role matters\nThis PM sits close to the customer, translating real, individual problems into solutions that hold up across the whole platform and customer base.
