Check us out here.\nWe Are Looking for an Data Analyst to Join us\nWe are looking for a Data Analyst to join our central Data & Revops Team. In this role, you will turn data into actionable insights across the full customer funnel, from Marketing and Sales through onboarding, usage, and retention.\nYou will work closely with GTM teams, product stakeholders, and fellow data colleagues to deliver high impact analysis, dashboards, and data stories that influence decision making. In addition, you will contribute to the rollout of applied AI use cases by preparing high quality datasets, supporting automation, and helping translate insights into scalable solutions.\nThis is a hands-on, impact-driven role focused on applied analytics and AI rather than research-oriented data science.\nAs a Data Analyst at Teamleader, you will:\nAnalyze performance across the full Go-to-Market funnel, including acquisition, conversion, activation, retention, and expansion\n\nBuild and maintain dashboards and reporting layers using Looker to enable self-serve insights across teams\n\nCreate clear data stories and communicate insights, trade-offs, and recommendations to business stakeholders\n\nCollaborate with GTM and Product teams to define metrics, ensure reliable tracking, and evaluate experiments or initiatives\n\nWork with structured datasets in Snowflake, including relational modeling using SQL\n\nSupport recurring analytics needs as well as ad hoc deep dives across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product\n\nContribute to applied AI initiatives by preparing datasets, identifying automation opportunities, and supporting insight generation workflows\n\nHelp improve data quality, documentation, and analytical best practices across the organization\n\nTake ownership of analytics projects from scoping through delivery, in close collaboration with technical and business stakeholders\n\nWhy others chose Teamleader: we're lively, not corporate\nWe have the energy andboldness of a start-up and the expertise and pragmatism of a scale-up.
