Responsibilities\nLead solution discovery and technical evaluation workshops with security, technology, infrastructure, operations, risk and vendor teams.\nTranslate business and cybersecurity objectives into functional, technical, integration and operational requirements.\nReview solution architectures, technical designs, security controls, system integrations, dependencies and implementation approaches.\nManage project scope, delivery roadmaps, resource planning, budgeting, procurement and vendor evaluations.\nLead end-to-end RFI/RFP/RFQ processes, including requirements definition, proposal evaluation, commercial negotiations and contract finalisation.\nDrive project delivery from initiation and design through development, testing, deployment, operational readiness and closure.\nManage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, change requests and deliverables.\nCoordinate security testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, defect resolution and production readiness.\nMonitor project financials, budgets, forecasts and expenditure.\nPrepare project status reports, steering committee presentations and governance documentation.\nCoordinate stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely delivery, knowledge transfer and operational handover.\nRequirements\nDegree in Computing, Information Systems, Engineering, Cybersecurity or a related discipline.\nAt least 5 years of project/programme management experience in technology delivery, cybersecurity, engineering or PMO environments.\nProven experience managing end-to-end cybersecurity solution implementation projects.\nStrong technical understanding to review cybersecurity architecture, identify design gaps and challenge proposed solutions.\nExperience managing complex RFI/RFP/RFQ processes, vendor selection, commercial negotiations and contract finalisation.\nStrong knowledge of project governance, budgeting, risk and issue management, change control and executive reporting.\nWorking knowledge of SDLC, Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.\nProficiency in Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and MS Office.\nExperience in banking, financial services or other regulated enterprise environments is preferred.\nKey Domain / Technical Skills\nCybersecurity Solutions: Cloud security, network security, endpoint security, infrastructure security and application security.\nIdentity & Data Security: Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), data security and database activity monitoring.\nSecurity Operations: Vulnerability management, security monitoring, security testing and technology risk assessments.\nSolution Integration: Integration of security platforms with enterprise infrastructure, applications, identity services, ticketing systems, logging platforms and operational workflows.\nArchitecture & Governance: Security architecture reviews, solution assurance, design evaluation and operational-readiness assessments.\nProject Delivery Tools: Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and standard MS Office applications.\nSkills\nVendor
