In this role you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining Oracle databases and applications. You will work within the VWFS Porto Tech Hub, a multicultural and multidisciplinary team working on IT solutions for various global markets.

O que vais fazer

• Designing, developing and maintaining Oracle databases and applications
• Programming and optimizing solutions using PL/SQL
• Performing logical and physical data modelling
• Optimizing database structures, performance and PL/SQL code
• Participating in database migration, automation and enhancement projects
• Developing and maintaining Oracle APEX applications (nice to have)
• Creating and maintaining database tests and supporting testing activities across different environments
• Analysing, troubleshooting and resolving incidents and technical issues
• Developing, testing and deploying solutions, including go-live support
• Monitoring, tuning and continuously improving database systems
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation according to defined standards

O que é pedido

• Complete university studies in computer science or an equivalent field
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Proven experience working in international teams and projects
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with different audiences
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level)
• Availability to travel
