A company laptop is provided for work outside the office, with additional in-office days as needed.\n80 Hours of PTO in Your First Year: Earn more PTO as your years of service grow.\nPaid Personal Leave: 8 additional hours each year, separate from PTO.\nPaid Holidays\nMedical, Dental & Vision Coverage\nMATE-Funded HRA: Up to $3,000 toward your medical deductible.\n 401(k) with Company Match: MATE matches 50% of the first 8% you contribute.\nCompany-Paid Basic Life & AD&D Insurance: $50,000 in coverage.\nCompany-Paid Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Insurance\n Employee Assistance Program (EAP): Additional support resources for you and your family.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely payment.\nAccurately and promptly process customer payments using our ERP system.\nElectronically deposit incoming checks to ensure timely fund availability.\nGenerate and issue daily customer invoices with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.\nMaintain and update customer records, including address files, to ensure efficient communication.\nRespond to customer inquiries, providing invoice copies and resolving payment-related issues in a timely manner.\nCollaborate with internal teams across departments and branches to achieve business objectives.\nOffer exceptional customer service through phone and email correspondence.\nManage daily mail processing and update addresses for returned mail.\nAssist with additional tasks and special projects as needed to support team goals.\nQualifications:\n3+ years of experience in customer service or managing customer relationships, with a focus on resolving inquiries and fostering positive client interactions.\n3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a related financial role.\n2+ years of experience in cash applications, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments.\nHigh school diploma required; Associate’s degree in accounting is a plus.\nProven experience managing customer portals, ensuring accurate data entry, account updates, and efficient issue resolution.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and advanced spreadsheet functions is preferred.\nStrong multitasking abilities with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.\nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and clarification.\nWe are an equal employment opportunity employer.
