Business Development Intern

We are looking for a Business Development Intern to help us identify potential business customers, generate and qualify leads, communicate with prospects and coordinate product demonstrations. This is a remote, part-time internship and is suitable for students and recent graduates interested in B2B sales, SaaS, startups and business development.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify businesses that may benefit from TeamoTrack.
• Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, phone calls and online research.
• Contact business owners, managers and relevant decision-makers professionally.
• Introduce TeamoTrack and understand potential customer requirements.
• Qualify prospects based on business type, team size, requirements and level of interest.
• Maintain accurate lead information using Google Sheets/CRM.
• Follow up with interested prospects.
• Coordinate qualified prospects for product demonstrations.
• Support customer trials and onboarding activities when required.
• Maintain daily activity and follow-up records.
• Share customer feedback, objections and requirements with the team.

Requirements:

• Students or recent graduates from any academic background.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Comfortable communicating with business owners and managers.
• Willing to make professional calls and follow up with prospects.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/MS Excel.
• Proactive, consistent and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Must have a working laptop and reliable internet connection.
