Product Analyst

Job Title : Product Analyst - (A/B testing) - E-Commerce Industry - Bangalore

Job Summary :

We are looking to hire an analytics & insights Data Scientist to partner with the product team and focus on optimizing user experience. This role will have the outstanding opportunity to influence decision making of analytics roadmap with their insights. With a vision to find opportunities to drive ground-breaking change in the customer experience and result in significant business growth, we mine the largest datasets in the world of e-Commerce and use best in class analytic and big data techniques to extract impactful insights. We achieve this by partnering closely with the product and engineering teams, and resolve opportunities that are accretive to the product roadmaps.

Working Model : Hybrid Working Model Work from Bangalore Office ( client location ) 3 days a week

Working Hours : 12PM - 9 PM IST. Additionally, availability is required for meetings between 9:30 PM IST and 12:30 AM IST

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Position Details :

- Qualification : Masters degree in Statistics, Applied Econometrics, Math, Physics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering or other related core sciences or equivalent

- Years of Experience : 4+ years relevant professional experience

- Office Location : Outer Ring Rd, Bellandur Village, Bangalore

Job Role & Responsibility :

- Conduct, analyze, and deep dive into A/B tests and provide actionable recommendations on improving the product analytics features.

- Decode and validate web tracking to analyze user behaviors around new features.

- Develop metrics to measure product success and guide product roadmap.

- Drive self-serve for commonly used metrics by building dashboards and onboarding metrics to experimentation platform.

- Identify new growth opportunities and provide actionable recommendations by leveraging insights across behavioral data, customer research and data science.

Skills :

- 4+ years relevant professional experience.

- Experience with site experimentation (A/B testing).

- You would have to strike a balance between critical thinking and actual hands-on analyses using tools & packages such as SQL, R, Python, Tableau etc.

- Proactive collaboration and effective communication are needed.

- Good to Have : Prior experience in product analytics in following domain is must ( Search, Ads, Payments, Trust, Risk )
