This is a unique opportunity to help build and shape a game-changing organization where we put our customers and people first.\nPosition summary\nReporting to the Director of Contracts, this position supports day-to-day government contract and subcontract administration. The role focuses on contract awards and modifications, subcontracting, nondisclosure and teaming agreements, and routine corporate representations and certifications. Depending on experience and demonstrated capability, the employee may independently manage assigned contracts throughout their lifecycle.\nRole Responsibilities\nReview and process contract awards and modifications, maintain accurate contract records, and coordinate related updates in Unanet.\nSupport subcontract preparation, negotiation, execution, modifications, and closeout under the direction of the Director of Contracts.\nPrepare, review, and coordinate nondisclosure agreements and teaming agreements using company templates and approval procedures.\nPrepare and maintain routine corporate representations and certifications, coordinating supporting information and approvals as needed.\nTrack contractual requirements, deliverables, periods of performance, funding, and key dates; identify issues requiring the Director’s attention.\nCoordinate with Delivery and Finance teams to keep contract information accurate and support contract administration.\nManage assigned contracts from award through closeout, consistent with demonstrated capability and delegated authority.\nRequired qualifications\n5 years’ experience administering contracts in a government contracting environment.\nWorking knowledge of FAR, DFARS, OTA and CSO requirements relevant to assigned responsibilities.\nHands-on experience using Unanet or similar ERP tools to support contract administration.\nStrong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing deadlines.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office tools.\nPreferred qualifications\nFinancial analysis skills, including contract profit-and-loss analysis, EACs, ETCs.\nExperience supporting proposal pricing and reviewing cost or price inputs.\nFamiliar leveraging AI tools for contracting tasks.\nSalary Range: $115,000.00 - $130,000.00\nClearance Requirements: \nAbility to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance\nWork Type:\nOn-site at Raft HQ in McLean, VA\nMay require up to 10% travel\nWhat we will offer you:\nHighly competitive salary\nFully covered healthcare, dental, and vision coverage + 401(k)\nTake as you need PTO + 11 paid holidays\nEducation & training benefits\nAnnual budget for your tech/gadgets needs\nMonthly box of yummy snacks to eat while doing meaningful work\nRemote, hybrid, and flexible work options\nTeam off-site in fun places!\nGenerous Referral Bonuses\nAnd More!\nOur Vision Statement: \nWe bridge the gap between humans and data through radical transparency and our obsession with the mission. \nOur Customer Obsession: \nWe will approach every deliverable like it's a product.
