and align financial operations with the new ERP system.\nOversee data migration, system testing, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness.\nDevelop and document best practices, training materials, and SOPs for the finance team.\nEnsure financial reporting, month-end close, and compliance requirements are met throughout the transition.\nCollaborate with IT, finance, and other departments to streamline accounting processes.\nProvide interim financial leadership, including budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.\nSupport audit and tax compliance efforts by maintaining proper financial documentation.\nQualifications:\n Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred).\n10+ years of accounting/finance experience, including Controller-level leadership.\n Proven experience leading an ERP system migration (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, or similar).\nStrong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.\nAbility to work independently and provide strategic financial insights to
