With end-to-end ownership of M&A initiatives, this role leads the full transaction lifecycle - from strategic target identification to deal execution and post-merger integration - ensuring each acquisition delivers sustainable industrial and financial value.\nReporting to the M&A Manager and working closely with senior leadership, the M&A Expert acts as a strategic partner to the business, combining financial rigor, strategic judgment, and strong stakeholder leadership.\nIn particular, you will:\nDrive the M&A roadmap, aligned with corporate strategy and long-term growth priorities.\nManage the M&A process end to end, starting from proactive market scouting and target origination.\nIdentify, evaluate, and prioritize acquisition targets across relevant markets, business models, and technologies.\nLead strategic, financial, and business assessments, including valuation, industrial fit, synergies, and risk analysis.\nTake full ownership of deal execution, coordinating due diligence across legal, financial, tax, operational, and commercial workstreams.\nPlay a key role in negotiations, defining deal structures, terms, and closing conditions.\nAct as the main point of contact for external advisors (investment banks, consultants, law firms) and internal stakeholders at executive level.\nPrepare and present investment cases, decision papers, and recommendations to top management and governance bodies.\nDefine and oversee post-merger integration strategies, ensuring value realization, operational alignment, and cultural integration.\nTrack and report performance of completed transactions versus the original business case.\nWhat skills are we looking for?\nAt least 5 years of experience managing the M&A end-to-end process, within corporate M&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or strategy consulting environments.\nProven leadership and ownership in managing complex transactions with autonomy and accountability.\nStrong financial skills, including valuation, financial modeling, and investment analysis.\nStrategic mindset, with the ability to connect individual transactions to broader industrial and corporate strategy.\nStrong cross-functional influence and stakeholder management capabilities.\nExcellent executive communication skills, with confidence in interacting with senior leaders and external partners.\nAbility to make decisions in fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-uncertainty contexts.\nHigh levels of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.\nSkills are important, but they are not enough.
