In order to enforce our HR Business Partner Team, we are looking for an engaging and energetic HR Business Partner.\nIn this role, you will partner closely with business leaders to shape and execute people strategies that drive organizational effectiveness and long-term success. Working cross-functionally with HR and business teams, you will design and implement solutions tailored to diverse stakeholder needs.\nIn particular, you will:\nCollaborate with business managers to develop strategies for workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design to meet future business needs.\nPartner with managers in promotion and job change processes, ensuring that organizational design remains sustainable and focused on critical roles.\nAct as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing coaching that fosters development, growth and problem-solving capabilities.\nGuide leaders to understand the factors driving employee engagement and their impact on business performance.\nProvide regular analysis and insights to inform decision-making and support business outcomes.\nSupport the implementation of effective performance management processes.\nAct as a liaison with other HR experts, commissioning tailored solutions for the organization’s specific needs. \nWhat skills are we looking for?\nMinimum 7-10 years’ experience in an HR Business Partner role within a tech or services company.\nStrong organizational and goal-setting capabilities, with the ability to manage complexity and drive initiatives forward.\nProven project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver results within deadlines.\nExcellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. \nSkills are important, but they are not enough.
