As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be vital in shaping the user experience strategy, mentoring junior designers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch digital products.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead the end-to-end UX design process, from research and concept development to final implementation.\n\nConduct and synthesize user research to inform design decisions and identify user needs.\n\nDevelop and iterate on user personas, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.\n\nCollaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.\n\nConduct usability and A/B testing to validate design solutions and make data-driven improvements.\n\nMentor and guide junior UX designers, providing feedback and ensuring adherence to design best practices.\n\nAdvocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to continuously improving design processes and methodologies.\n\nStay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX design.\n\nPresent and communicate design concepts and strategies to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.\n\nEstablish and maintain a scalable design system, including defining the token architecture (color, typography, spacing, elevation, and motion tokens) and building a library of reusable components, patterns, and templates for web and mobile applications.\n\nCraft high-quality visual designs that reflect a strong command of typography, color theory, layout, iconography, and motion - demonstrating a clear point of view on what “good” looks like in modern digital product design.\n\nPartner with engineering to ensure design tokens are correctly implemented and that the design system is adopted consistently across all product surfaces, maintaining design-to-code fidelity.\n\nQualifications:\n4-6 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating user-centered designs for web and mobile applications.\n\nProficiency in design tools such as Figma.\n\nDeep understanding of UX principles, methodologies, and best practices.\n\nExperience leading UX projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.\n\nStrong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex user needs into simple, elegant design solutions.\n\nExcellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.\n\nExperience with usability testing, A/B testing, and data-driven design.\n\nKnowledge of front-end development principles (HTML/CSS) is a plus.\n\nAbility to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on time.\n\nProven experience building or significantly contributing to a design system, with hands-on work defining token structures (primitive and semantic tokens) and authoring component documentation.\n\nStrong visual design sensibility with a portfolio that demonstrates mastery of composition, typographic hierarchy, color systems, and a modern aesthetic -
