The role combines application development with platform administration, incident support and technical design. You’ll work closely with a ServiceNow Architect and Administrator, as well as teams responsible for security and business systems.\nWhat you’ll do\nBuild and configure ServiceNow functionality, including ITSM workflows and custom solutions.\n\nAssess new requirements, recommend approaches, write code, and test changes before release.\n\nReview applications and code to protect platform stability and security.\n\nMaintain the ServiceNow instance, manage upgrades and patches, tune performance, and resolve incidents.\n\nSupport integrations with other systems and maintain the MariaDB services used by the platform.\n\nContribute to solution design, project planning, risk management and disaster recovery.\n\nKeep technical documentation, operating procedures, user guides and knowledge articles current.\n\nWhat you’ll bring\nAt least 5 years of relevant IT experience, including 2 years in a similar role.\n\nStrong hands-on experience administering, configuring and developing ServiceNow solutions.
