Are you ready to join our team and make an impact?\nResponsibilities\nAssist in payroll preparation by compiling and organizing monthly payroll data for 10 countries, ensuring accuracy for over 1,200 employees across Germany and EMEA.\n\nManage assigned benefit categories and focus areas independently, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.\n\nAddress employee inquiries through our HR ticketing system, resolving questions related to payments, payslip access, vacation calculations, and other payroll-related topics.\n\nEnsure accurate time tracking for working students and calculate their payments in line with contract terms and local labor laws.\n\nGenerate and review payroll reports, verify data accuracy, and support monthly payroll processing.\n\nIdentify and analyze opportunities for efficiency improvements within payroll operations and support the design and implementation of streamlined payroll workflows.\n\nContribute to the creation and maintenance of comprehensive payroll documentation, including processes, policies, and best practices.\n\nProvide administrative and analytical support for ongoing global payroll projects and initiatives, contributing to the delivery of high-quality, compliant payroll services across regions.\n\nRequirements\nEnrolled student (all genders) at a university or college in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.\n\nMandatory Internship (40hrs/week) for a minimum duration of 5 - 6 months.\n\nFluency in German and good English skills are mandatory; additional languages are a plus.\n\nStrong analytical skills with a high focus on detail and accuracy.\n\nProficiency in payroll systems and tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, ADP) is a plus.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey payroll-related information.\n\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.\n\nWhat we offer\nThe contract location will be Göppingen, Germany\n\nMake an impact!
