Are you ready to join our team and make an impact?\nResponsibilities\nWe are looking for a Product Owner to join our Frontline team. You'll be at the forefront of product development, helping shape a platform trusted by operational teams in various industries all across the world. As Product Owner in our agile scrum team, you'll:\nOwn and execute one or more features and modules within TeamViewer Frontline (https://www.teamviewer.com/en/products/frontline), from ideation and discovery through delivery and iteration.\n\nFoster agile practices and methodologies in the development teams and govern the development processes\n\nCollaborate across teams within Product, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, and Support to build a compelling roadmap with global impact.\n\nChampion the customer, translating feedback into clear requirements and KPIs, and ensuring the team delivers the most valuable outcomes.\n\nDrive insight-led decisions, using qualitative and quantitative data such as telemetry and surveys, market trends, and competitive analysis to validate product ideas.\n\nEnable seamless delivery, ensuring your teams understand the purpose, deliverables, and impact while removing blockers.\n\nBalance feasibility and innovation, partnering with engineers to deliver intuitive, technically sound solutions that delight users and scale efficiently.\n\nRequirements\nExperience: Min. of 2 years as a Product Owner in software environments, or equivalent experience. Background in SaaS, AI, B2B, logistics, field service management, communications or authoring software is a plus.\n\nTechnical fluency: Comfortable working with engineering teams and participating in technical conversations. Have a basic understanding of SaaS technologies and concepts, previous coding experience is a plus. Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence.\n\nAgile Development: Ability to act as a value maximizer. PSPO certification or equivalent is a plus.\n\nCustomer-centric mindset: Strong empathy, ability to synthesize feedback, and translate it into actionable insights and clear priorities.\n\nAnalytical skills: Familiar with data-driven decision-making and confident defining and tracking product KPIs.\n\nAdaptability: Comfortable working in agile environments where priorities can shift and evolve.\n\nCommunication: Excellent written and verbal English, with experience working in international teams.\n\nEducational background: Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n\nTeamViewer is an equal opportunities employer and is committed to building an inclusive culture where everyone feels welcome and supported.
