Are you ready to join our team and make an impact?\nResponsibilities\nWe are looking for a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to design and build the backend services that power TeamViewer products and the web applications on top of them. You will own features end to end, shape technical direction across the stack, and act as a technical reference and mentor within and across teams.\nDesign, build and operate backend services and APIs using Java/Kotlin with Spring Boot or Node.js/TypeScript.\n\nBuild high-quality web applications with React and TypeScript, contributing to our design system and micro-frontend architecture.\n\nDrive architecture and design decisions for scalable, resilient and secure services, applying domain-driven and event-driven principles.\n\nDesign data models and choose the right storage across SQL and NoSQL databases.\n\nDesign asynchronous integrations using messaging systems such as Kafka, NATS or RabbitMQ.\n\nOwn deployment and operation of services with Docker and Kubernetes, and improve CI/CD pipelines and observability.\n\nDrive testing strategy across the stack (unit, integration, contract, end-to-end).\n\nDrive adoption of AI-assisted development in your team: set good practices, share workflows and keep quality high.\n\nMentor other engineers, lead code reviews and promote engineering best practices across teams.\n\nRequirements\nA degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n\n6+ years of professional experience in software development across backend and frontend, with a track record of leading technical topics.\n\nStrong backend experience with Java and/or Kotlin and Spring Boot, or with Node.js and TypeScript.\n\nStrong experience with React and TypeScript, including modern state management (e.g. Redux Toolkit, Zustand, TanStack Query); experience with design systems or micro-frontends is a plus.\n\nDeep understanding of distributed systems, API design and software architecture.\n\nSolid experience with relational (e.g. PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases.\n\nHands-on experience with messaging systems such as Kafka, NATS or RabbitMQ.\n\nSolid experience with Docker and Kubernetes, CI/CD and production observability.\n\nGood knowledge of security best practices for backend and web applications.\n\nHands-on experience with AI coding tools (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and a clear view on how to use them responsibly in a team.\n\nExperience mentoring engineers and working in agile teams.\n\nWhat we offer\nCompetitive compensation and bonuses\n\nFlexible PTO and paid holidays\n\n401(k) with employer matching\n\nComprehensive Health insurance package including 100% employer-paid medical coverage\n\nUp to 12 weeks of Parental Leave\n\nBasic Life Insurance, Short-Term & Long-Term Disability, 100% employer-paid\n\nQuarterly teambuilding events, leadership luncheons, and companywide “All Hands” meetings\n\nOpen door policy and business casual dress code\n\nWe celebrate diversity as one of our core values.
