You’ll work with a forward-thinking team that powers our core products and services, delivering a seamless experience to users worldwide.\nThis role offers the opportunity to shape the future of our platform, drive automation, and work with cutting-edge cloud-native technologies.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, build, and maintain highly available, secure, and scalable Azure cloud infrastructure supporting TeamViewer’s global SaaS platform.\n\nManage, scale, and optimize Kubernetes-based containerized platforms, leveraging GitOps workflows for declarative infrastructure and application management.\n\nDeploy feature and maintenance releases.\n\nDevelop and enhance monitoring, alerting, and automation systems to guarantee 24/7 service reliability.\n\nContinuously improve infrastructure through automation and Infrastructure-as-Code.\n\nParticipate in on-call rotations, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure rapid resolution of operational issues.\n\nProactively identify and mitigate reliability risks, driving innovation and continuous improvement.\n\nRequirements\nDegree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience.\n\n5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or software development roles.\n\nStrong experience with Microsoft Azure (AWS or GCP is a plus).\n\nProficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code and automation tools (e.g. Terraform, Argo CD).\n\nFamiliarity with programming languages and scripting (including PowerShell).\n\nHands-on experience with containers and orchestration (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes).\n\nKnowledge of databases (e.g. MS SQL, Postgres).\n\nExperience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g. Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus).\n\nUnderstanding of distributed systems, parallel programming, and test automation.\n\nSolid grasp of network security principles and best practices.\n\nA proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and strong collaboration skills\n\nWhat we offer\nCompetitive compensation and bonuses\n\nFlexible PTO and paid holidays\n\n401(k) with employer matching\n\nComprehensive Health insurance package including 100% employer-paid medical coverage\n\nUp to 12 weeks of Parental Leave\n\nBasic Life Insurance, Short-Term & Long-Term Disability, 100% employer-paid\n\nQuarterly teambuilding events, leadership luncheons, and companywide “All Hands” meetings\n\nOpen door policy and business casual dress code\n\nWe celebrate diversity as one of our core values.
