Are you ready to join our team and make an impact?\nResponsibilities\nWe are looking for a Senior Software Engineer C++/C# to actively contribute to the development of our remote access solution and backend services using modern C++ and C#/.NET technologies. The position will report to the Team Lead Software Development and provides an excellent opportunity to create impact and add value in an agile, modern environment.\nDesign and develop new functionality for our software solutions using C++ (primary focus) and C#.\n\nDevelop and maintain backend services and RESTful web APIs using C# (.NET).\n\nContinuously participate in application design to further enhance our systems and code base regarding reliability, maintainability, scalability, and efficiency.\n\nWork independently on solutions for specified requirements and take responsibility for meeting time and quality specifications.\n\nContinuously integrate, build, and deploy our solutions from test systems to production.\n\nParticipate in code reviews and contribute to improving software quality and development practices.\n\nSupport the maintenance and modernization of existing software components while developing new features.\n\nAct as an advisor towards product owners regarding feasibility studies and estimates for new functionality.\n\nRequirements\nUniversity or college degree in the field of computer science, software engineering, or any other related subject, or relevant work experience.\n\n6+ years of professional experience in software development with modern C++.\n\nGood knowledge of C# backend development and the .NET framework, particularly in developing and maintaining RESTful web APIs and backend services.\n\nGood understanding of Clean Code and Design Patterns for object-oriented programming.\n\nExperience in developing, debugging, and maintaining complex software applications.\n\nGood understanding of software architecture, scalability, performance, and maintainability.\n\nExperience with unit testing and continuous integration practices.\n\nBasic knowledge of TypeScript, particularly React, is an advantage.\n\nKnowledge of SQL and relational databases is advantageous.\n\nFamiliarity with Git, Jenkins, and automated build and deployment pipelines is a plus.\n\nFamiliarity with AI tools for coding (e.g. Copilot, Claude, Cursor) is a plus.\n\nA positive and solution-oriented mindset paired with a structured and analytical way of thinking and working, being a team player, and being motivated to learn new things.\n\nFluency in English is mandatory.\n\nTeamViewer is an equal opportunities employer and is committed to building an inclusive culture where everyone feels welcome and supported.
