Are you ready to join our team and make an impact?\nResponsibilities\nWe are looking for an exceptional Senior ServiceNow Developer with experience in designing and developing applications on the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for building and maintaining custom ServiceNow Store applications and integrating their capabilities with our DEX platform. You will also enhance existing applications to maximize value for our customers.\nParticipate in the end-to-end ServiceNow application lifecycle including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and Store certification.\n\nConfigure and customize core ServiceNow modules such as ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change Management, Service Operations Workspace), ITOM, CMDB, and others as needed.\n\nDevelop integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, JDBC, and other technologies.\n\nImplement workflows, business rules, Script Includes, and automation to streamline business processes and improve user experience.\n\nCollaborate with product teams, IT stakeholders, and ServiceNow specialists to ensure alignment with business objectives.\n\nProvide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure platform reliability.\n\nCreate and maintain documentation for solutions, configurations, architecture, and release processes aligned with best practices and ITIL.\n\nSupport ServiceNow platform upgrades, patches, and new releases to ensure functionality and stability.\n\nMentor junior team members and provide knowledge-sharing sessions as needed.\n\nIntegrate REST API Explorer, Scripted REST APIs, JDBC connections, and third-party services into web applications.\n\nContribute to the architecture, design, and development of new features for our ServiceNow applications.\n\nParticipate in continuous integration, build automation, and deployment processes from development to production.\n\nEnsure that applications are secure, scalable, stable, and optimized for performance.\n\nContinuously learn and evaluate new ServiceNow technologies, proposing improvements to the platform and products.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n\nServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) with 6+ years of hands-on development experience.\n\nStrong knowledge of ServiceNow platform development, especially ITSM, Service Portal, and CMDB.\n\nExperience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or jQuery).\n\nExperience with REST APIs, JSON, and SQL Server/JDBC integrations.\n\nKnowledge of networking concepts and cloud-based hosting environments (preferred).\n\nExperience with Now Assist or Generative AI frameworks on ServiceNow (preferred).\n\nAbility to quickly learn and adapt to other ITSM tools such as Salesforce or JSM (preferred).\n\nFamiliarity with automated testing using ServiceNow ATF.\n\nExperience using AI-based coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) is a plus.\n\nFluency in English is required; additional languages are an asset.\n\nStrong understanding of Security, Governance, Risk & Compliance with aptitude for troubleshooting and development.\n\nTeamViewer is an equal opportunities employer and is committed to building an inclusive culture where everyone feels welcome and supported.
