Over the past several years, we have successfully built and released products that make IT administrators' day-to-day life easier. Our vision is to become THE unified endpoint management solution for our customers.\nWe’re looking for a Senior QA Engineer to play a key role in ensuring high quality in our DEX platform via consistent & reliable automated testing, with high coverage of our core functionalities.\nAs part of an Agile team, you will be an individual contributor working on the automated testing of our DEX platform (both server and agent), using tools like Playwright, SpecFlow and other testing frameworks. The systems under test are the Platform Server (web application hosted on Azure Kubernetes for SaaS, and on IIS for on-prem) and Agent running as a background service on the endpoints (on Windows, Mac and Linux devices). Your duties will include manual testing, automated functional testing, test data management, maintenance of CI/CD pipelines in ADO and status reporting to senior management.\nEnhance the automated testing of DEX features across various platforms, including web, Windows, Mac and Linux\n\nContribute to the development of our Automation and Scripting solution\n\nIntegrate automated tests and maintain the CI/CD pipeline\n\nConduct and enhance system tests, usability tests, regression tests, compatibility tests, and exploration tests with automation\n\nCollaborate with the development team to shape features for maximum testability, enabling robust functional and automated testing.\n\nOwn the test planning, (automated) test development, test execution and test run reporting\n\nWrite, review and execute test plans throughout the development life cycle\n\nSupport, develop and improve (automated) testing strategies and techniques\n\nCollaborate or lead test automation projects and initiatives\n\nFind bugs, isolate, document, troubleshoot, and track your findings\n\nEnsure test plans thoroughly cover all requirements and customer use cases\n\nCommunicate and report test execution results to the product team and leadership team\n\nMentor and guide automation engineers, promoting best practices and continuous improvement\n\nRequirements\nA university degree in Computer Science or Engineering, Information Technology, or any other related subject\n\n4+ years of experience in automated testing and quality assurance\n\nKnowledge of professional testing practices within the SDLC\n\nProven skills and working history in the design and implementation of automated tests\n\nExperience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and team managers\n\nExperience in working with common software testing tools (Playwright, SpecFlow, Cypress, Ranorex, etc.)\n\nKnowledge of C# or Typescript/JavaScript, and SQL, with a good understanding of the fundamentals of relational databases\n\nStrong attention to detail with a passion for learning and working with innovative technologies\n\nExperience with API testing tools like Postman, and familiarity with JSON and XML\n\nExperience in manual testing\n\nExperience in working with VMs on Hypervisor, ADO build pipelines, and Azure environments\n\nISTQB certification is a plus\n\nExperience in performance testing (and related tools, such as load simulation with JMeter, K6, LoadRunner etc) is a plus\n\nExperience in debugging and root-cause analysis is a plus\n\nFamiliarity with AI-based tools like Co-pilot for Test generation is a plus\n\nFluency in English is mandatory\n\nTeamViewer is an equal opportunities employer and is committed to building an inclusive culture where everyone feels welcome and supported.
