Are you ready to join our team and make an impact?\nResponsibilities\nAs a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at TeamViewer, you will help ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of our Azure-based global SaaS platform. You will operate and continuously improve the systems that power our core products and services, helping to deliver a seamless experience to users worldwide.\nThis role focuses on the reliability, availability, and performance of our production systems. You’ll operate and continuously improve scalable cloud services through strong observability, effective incident response, automation, and a focus on reducing operational toil.\nOperate and maintain highly available, scalable cloud infrastructure supporting a global SaaS platform\n\nDeploy and operate feature and maintenance releases, ensuring safe and reliable delivery to production\n\nDevelop and improve monitoring, alerting, and observability to support 24/7 service reliability and reduce incidents\n\nReduce operational toil and improve consistency through automation\n\nParticipate in on-call rotations, investigate incidents, and drive timely and effective resolution\n\nContribute to post-incident reviews and proactively identify reliability risks, performance bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities\n\nCollaborate across the organization to continuously improve platform reliability, security, and operational maturity\n\nSupport installations on customer environments.\n\nRequirements\nDegree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience\n\n3+ years in SRE, DevOps, or software development roles\n\nStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (AWS or GCP is a plus)\n\nPractical experience operating and troubleshooting Azure application platforms, including Azure Application Gateways and Azure App Services\n\nPractical experience with containers and orchestration (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)\n\nSolid understanding of CI/CD concepts and pipelines (e.g. GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps)\n\nProven experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and automation (e.g. Terraform, Argo CD)\n\nAbility to write and maintain scripts (e.g. Python, Bash, PowerShell)\n\nExperience with Identity and Access Management solutions (e.g. Keycloak, Entra)\n\nSolid understanding of databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MS SQL)\n\nExperience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g. Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog)\n\nSoftware development experience is highly beneficial\n\nGood understanding of networking and security principles in cloud environments\n\nA proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and strong collaboration skills\n\nFluency in English\n\nWhat we offer\nOnsite Onboarding in our HQ office for an optimal start\n\nGreat compensation and benefits packages including company achievement bonus or sales bonus and regular salary reviews\n\nPublic transport friendly offices\n\nSpecial terms for local gyms\n\nAccess to Corporate Benefits platform with many discounts\n\nRegular Team events and company-wide celebrations\n\nOpen door policy, no dress code rules, frequent all Hands and Leadership Lunches\n\nHybrid and Flexible work time\n\nWork From Abroad Program allowing up to 40 days of work outside your contracting country\n\nWe celebrate diversity as one of core values, join and drive one of the c-a-r-e initiatives together with us!\n\nTeamViewer is an equal opportunities employer and is committed to building an inclusive culture where everyone feels welcome and supported.
