Are you ready to join our team and make an impact?\nTeamViewer Frontline is a platform for building and deploying applications for frontline workers. It supports device-guided workflows, including processes that guide an operator through tasks such as picking and connect those workflows to live data from customer backends.\nResponsibilities\nAs a Software Engineer Lead (all genders) at TeamViewer, you will work at the intersection of customers, delivery teams, and product engineering. You will lead the technical delivery of customer-facing projects, translating customer priorities into solutions with the TeamViewer Frontline platform. Alongside project delivery, you will coach engineers, guide architecture and technical decisions, and strengthen the team's engineering practices.\nCoach and mentor engineers through regular one-to-ones, code reviews, design discussions, and career development.\n\nImprove the team's development practices, tooling, and workflows.\n\nWork closely with customers and internal delivery teams to understand priorities, clarify requirements, and shape practical technical solutions.\n\nLead technical estimation, solution design, and implementation for customer-facing projects.\n\nCoordinate with partner teams to keep customer projects moving and take ownership of outcomes, including technical quality, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.\n\nEscalate and resolve customer-facing issues through troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.\n\nLead system design and architecture, including design reviews, technical decisions, and long-term planning.\n\nBuild a strong understanding of TeamViewer Frontline capabilities and customer workflows, and share relevant feedback with internal teams.\n\nProvide occasional, as-needed on-call coverage for L3 support; there is no fixed rotation.\n\nTravel occasionally, approximately two to three times per year and for up to one week per trip.\n\nRequirements\nHands-on experience with Java, Spring, React, SQL, Git, and JSON.\n\nProfessional proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken.\n\nIdeally, eight or more years of software engineering experience.\n\nExperience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain is an advantage.\n\nExperience with a cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is an advantage.\n\nExperience with AI-assisted development tools and techniques is an advantage.\n\nA strong interest in coaching and mentoring, ideally with experience in a similar role.\n\nWhat we offer\nOnsite Onboarding in our HQ office for an optimal start\n\nGreat compensation and benefits packages including company achievement bonus or sales bonus and regular salary reviews\n\nPublic transport friendly offices\n\nSpecial terms for local gyms\n\nAccess to Corporate Benefits platform with many discounts\n\nRegular Team events and company-wide celebrations\n\nOpen door policy, no dress code rules, frequent all Hands and Leadership Lunches\n\nHybrid and Flexible work time\n\nWork From Abroad Program allowing up to 40 days of work outside your contracting country\n\nWe celebrate diversity as one of core values, join and drive one of the c-a-r-e initiatives together with us!\n\nTeamViewer is an equal opportunities employer and is committed to building an inclusive culture where everyone feels welcome and supported.
