Are you ready to join our team and make an impact?\nResponsibilities\nAs a Software Engineer (all genders) at TeamViewer, you’ll join our Professional Services team and work with TeamViewer Frontline, our platform for building and deploying applications for frontline workers. You’ll work directly with customers to understand their processes, integrate Frontline with their systems, and develop device-guided workflows and customer-facing solutions. The role combines hands-on software engineering with customer interaction, troubleshooting, and close collaboration with our product teams.\nDesign and implement APIs and integrations between TeamViewer Frontline and customer systems.\n\nConfigure and develop operator workflows using Frontline’s custom configuration language.\n\nBuild and configure customer-facing web interfaces as part of customer solutions.\n\nConfigure and deploy Frontline in customer environments and connect workflows to backend data.\n\nWork directly with customers to understand requirements, resolve technical issues, and troubleshoot implementations.\n\nDevelop product features and share implementation feedback with the product team.\n\nProvide occasional L3 support on an as-needed basis.\n\nTravel occasionally for customer-related activities, approximately two to three times per year for up to one week per trip.\n\nRequirements\nHands-on experience with Java, Spring, React, SQL, Git, and JSON.\n\nFamiliarity with macOS and confidence using the command line.\n\nFamiliarity with Bash scripting, Docker, Hibernate, and Kubernetes is a plus.\n\nKnowledge of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, and SSL.\n\nAbility to approach unfamiliar or ambiguous technical problems in a structured way and make sound technical decisions.\n\nStrong communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nA proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and strong collaboration skills.\n\nFluent in English; German is a plus.\n\nWhat we offer\nOnsite onboarding in our HQ office for an optimal start.\n\nGreat compensation and benefits packages, including a company achievement bonus and company stocks, as well as regular salary reviews.\n\nPublic transport-friendly offices.\n\nSpecial terms for local gyms.\n\nAccess to the Corporate Benefits platform with many discounts.\n\nRegular team events and company-wide celebrations.\n\nOpen-door policy, no dress code rules, frequent All Hands meetings and Leadership Lunches.\n\nHybrid and flexible working hours with up to 60% home office.\n\nWork From Abroad Program allowing up to 40 days of work outside your contracting country.\n\nWe celebrate diversity as one of our core values.
