It supports device-guided workflows, including processes that guide an operator through tasks such as picking and connect those workflows to live data from customer backends.\nResponsibilities\nThis Software Engineer role focuses on integrating and deploying Frontline in customer environments. You will work directly with customer teams to understand their processes, connect Frontline to their systems, and configure or develop device-guided workflows and customer-facing web interfaces. The role also includes troubleshooting customer issues and contributing product feedback.\nDesign and implement APIs and integrations between Frontline and customer systems.\nConfigure or develop operator workflows in Frontline's custom configuration language.\nBuild or configure customer-facing web interfaces as part of customer solutions.\nConfigure and deploy Frontline in customer environments, including connecting workflows to backend data.\nWork directly with customers to understand requirements, resolve issues, and troubleshoot implementations.\nDevelop product features and share implementation feedback with the product team.\nRequirements\nHands-on ability with Java, Spring, React, SQL, Git, and JSON.\nFamiliarity with macOS and comfort using its command line.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBash scripting.\nDocker experience, particularly for setting up development environments.\nHibernate.\nKubernetes.\nNetworking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, and SSL.\nTravel and support\nOccasional travel may be required, approximately 2-3 times per year and for up to one week per trip.\nOccasional, as-needed on-call coverage for L3 support; there is no fixed rotation.\nTeamViewer is an equal opportunities employer and is committed to building an inclusive culture where everyone feels welcome and supported.
