Are you ready to join our team and make an impact?\nResponsibilities\nOwn deep expertise in TeamViewer’s IT and DEX portfolio\n\nDeliver tailored demos, workshops, and webinars aligned to customer needs\n\nCommunicate technical and business value to both technical and non-technical audiences\n\nLead discovery to understand customer challenges and objectives\n\nDesign and present customized solutions leveraging TeamViewer capabilities\n\nDevelop proposals, SOWs, and technical documentation\n\nLead POV/POC and pilot engagements, providing hands-on guidance\n\nAnalyze results and deliver actionable recommendations\n\nPartner with Sales throughout the sales cycle, including RFx responses\n\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success\n\nStay current on industry trends and contribute feedback to product innovation\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience\n\n3+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or enterprise IT consulting\n\nStrong understanding of enterprise IT environments (endpoint management, remote connectivity, DEX)\n\nExperience with SaaS tools (RMM, ITSM, Asset Management, Observability)\n\nHands-on experience with APIs, scripting, cloud, virtualization, and security\n\nProven ability to engage C-level stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business value\n\nStrong communication, presentation, and documentation skills\n\nWillingness to travel up to 30%\n\nTeamViewer is an equal opportunities employer and is committed to building an inclusive culture where everyone feels welcome and supported.
