Are you ready to join our team and make an impact?\nAs a Solutions Architect, you will provide specialist architecture expertise for TeamViewer’s most strategic and technically complex customer engagements. Working across pre-sales and post-sales motions, you will help customers design, integrate, and scale TeamViewer solutions while supporting the broader field organization through reusable architecture patterns, technical leadership, and best practices.\nResponsibilities\nServe as a subject matter expert for TeamViewer’s Digital Employee Experience (DEX) portfolio and related enterprise technologies\n\nLead architecture discovery and workshops to understand customer environments, objectives, requirements, dependencies, and risks\n\nDesign enterprise-scale DEX architectures and integrations that align TeamViewer capabilities with customers’ digital workplace and IT strategies\n\nProvide specialist architecture guidance for complex pre-sales and post-sales engagements, including custom use cases, technical validation, migration planning, architecture reviews, and executive presentations\n\nPartner with Solutions Engineers, Technical Account Managers, Customer Success, Professional Services, Product, and Engineering to drive successful customer outcomes\n\nIdentify technical risks and solution gaps early and provide clear, actionable recommendations\n\nCreate reusable reference architectures, solution patterns, technical blueprints, and best-practice guidance\n\nAct as a conduit between the field and Product by consolidating customer needs, emerging use cases, solution gaps, and technical feedback to help inform product direction\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience\n\nExperience in solution architecture, solutions engineering, technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or a comparable customer-facing technical role\n\nStrong understanding of DEX, enterprise IT operations, endpoint management, workplace analytics, automation, and remediation\n\nExperience working with large or complex enterprise customers and leading technical discovery, architecture workshops, or design reviews\n\nHands-on experience with enterprise integrations, APIs, scripting, cloud technologies, identity, security, and data flows\n\nExperience with Microsoft endpoint and identity technologies, ITSM platforms, or adjacent digital workplace technologies\n\nAbility to design and communicate scalable architectures and translate complex requirements and custom use cases into practical recommendations for senior technical and business stakeholders\n\nStrong communication, presentation, facilitation, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills\n\nExperience with TeamViewer DEX, Nexthink, Lakeside, or comparable DEX technologies is preferred\n\nWillingness to travel up to 50% across the UKI region and, when required, internationally\n\nWhat we offer\nOnsite Onboarding in our HQ office for an optimal start\n\nGreat compensation and benefits packages including company achievement bonus or sales bonus and regular salary reviews\n\nPremiums for the private pension plan (BAV) up to the maximum amount are topped up by TeamViewer\n\nPublic transport friendly offices\n\nOption to lease an e-bike (Germany only)\n\nSpecial terms for local gyms\n\nAccess to Corporate Benefits platform with many discounts\n\nRegular Team events and company-wide celebrations\n\nOpen door policy, no dress code rules, frequent all Hands and Leadership Lunches\n\nHybrid and Flexible work time\n\nWork From Abroad Program allowing up to 40 days of work outside your contracting country\n\nWe celebrate diversity as one of core values, join and drive one of the c-a-r-e initiatives together with us!\n\nTeamViewer is an equal opportunities employer and is committed to building an inclusive culture where everyone feels welcome and supported.
